Quotations
By default, all our quotes will be made in U.S. Dollars, excluding shipping costs, duties, and taxes. You can request a quote in another currency and a quote for shipping if you can tell the order quantity you need to buy.
Orders
Order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment or down payment. Order only be shipped after we receive your full payment.
Payment
We accept Bank Transfer, Payoneer/credit/debit cards(VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, etc.), Western Union, Moneygram and L/C at sight.
Sample
Sample can be sent upon request. We will charge a courier cost because we will send by couriers, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS. If you need a customized sample, we will also charge a sample fee which depends on your sample requirement. If the sample requested is in our stock, we won't charge sample fee.
Delivery
Our production time varies from item to item. Some items need longer production times while some need shorter production times.
The time we provide is the production time which excludes the transport time by the shipping company. We can provide an estimated transportation time upon your request.
The shipping methods we will use are couriers, air or boat, depending on your order quantity.
Logo Processing
Your logo can be printed, hot-stamped, embroidered and debossed on your goods if the material is applicable. You need to send your logo file in AI or EPS or SVG or CDR or PDF format for block setup.
Packaging
Your goods will be packed in poly bags and cartons by default. Per customer request we can arrange special packaging production with customer's company name or logo.
Warranty
We check all items before shipment. If you find the items are faulty or damaged, you must inform us within 15 days of receipt of the goods. We will either repair or replace the defective goods.
Cancellations
All orders are considered firm after issuing invoice or signing sales contract. Cancellations are not accepted.
